Quality

Maintaining Quality

The Quality of a job must supersede the scheduling, delivery and pricing of that job. The final inspection and testing will be performed or witnessed by an authorized Quality Assurance Inspector. The Inspector will be designated and responsible only to the Plant Manager for ensuring the integrity of the machine being tested. Any discrepancies found will be shown to the Shop Supervisor and the Plant Manager will be notified. The necessary corrective action will be performed and the unit returned to the test area for final inspection and testing. A Quality Review Report will be filled out and filed on any units that had discrepancies so we can discuss with our employees methods to prevent recurrence. The Inspector must check that the unit complies with Customer Special Specifications and sign off on the job folder as well as the Quality Assurance Tag that will be attached to the job.

First Shift works: 7:00 AM to 3:30 PM Second Shifts works: 3:00 PM to 11:00 PM
Both Shifts work: 12 hour days when 24 hours around the clock is required.
